چکیده
Background: Vegetables and fruits are playing an important role in human life diet. For eco-friendly usage the fruit peel wastes can be used as nutrients for microorganisms animals they consist of various growth promoting factors. Cellulolytic enzymes convert cellulose into simpler sugars. Due to suitable cellulase titers rapid bacteria fungi becoming choice interest. Aim: Production fungal by using different types wastes. Method:This descriptive study was conducted collecting Fruit (mango peels, melon orange peels watermelon rind) from processing shops transported Applied Environmental Microbiology laboratory.Inoculum prepared basal medium powder.Descriptive statistical analysis data will performed. One way Analysis Variance (ANOVA) applied comparing mean values among species Minitab 16. P < 0.05 considered significant. Result: The showed that solid state fermentation enzyme summary within 10 days (181.32±0.00 μg/ml/min) after every 24 hour (9.40±1.22μg/ml/min) (0.39±0.05μg/ml/min) 1 (0.01±0.00μg/ml/min) at minute. sub-merged 191.83±4.96 (7.12±0.76μg/ml/min) (0.30±0.03μg/ml/min) (0.0.00±0.00 Conclusion: present clearly indicates potential Rhizopussp best producer cellulolytic enzymes. Regarding substrate efficient production cellulase. Keywords: Rhizopus, enzymes, production.

Production, Purification and Characterization of Invertase by Aspergillus flavus Using Fruit Peel Waste as Substrate
A. flavus produced high levels of invertase under optimized culture conditions on 4 day of th incubation at an optimum pH 5.0, temperature 30°C, inoculum size 3% in Czapek Dox using fruit peel waste as a substrate by SmF. Enhanced production occurred on addition of sucrose and yeast extract as nutritional factors. The enzyme was purified to 5.8 fold with recovery of 3.2% by DEAE-column chromato...
متن کاملProduction of Invertase from Aspergillus Niger Using Fruit Peel Waste as a Substrate
Aim of present study was production, purification and characterization of invertase by Aspergillus niger (isolated from soil) using fruit peel waste as a substrate. Screening of various fungi grown on potato dextrose-agar (PDA) was done using liquid medium of 50% sucrose-Cazpek. After incubation at 28 ̊C for 10 days, the invertase activity was determined in the culture filtrate using Fehling’s s...
متن کاملProduction of Fungal Glucoamylase for Glucose Production from Food Waste
The feasibility of using pastry waste as resource for glucoamylase (GA) production via solid state fermentation (SSF) was studied. The crude GA extract obtained was used for glucose production from mixed food waste. Our results showed that pastry waste could be used as a sole substrate for GA production. A maximal GA activity of 76.1 ± 6.1 U/mL was obtained at Day 10. The optimal pH and reactio...
متن کاملCellulase Production by Trichoderma viride on Feedlot Waste.
Feedlot waste contains essentially all the necessary nutrients for batch fermentation with the fungus Trichoderma viride. The organism utilizes two-thirds of the carbohydrate in feedlot waste while elaborating cellulase in quantities comparable to commercial preparations. Essentially odor-free, the fermented waste contains all of the original nitrogen but has 24% less organic matter.
متن کاملUsing Eggplant Skin as a Source of Fruit Waste Colorant for Dyeing Wool Fibers
Today, natural colorants are emerging globally due to their safety and environmental friendly characteristics. Natural dyes have been employed in dyeing Persian carpet piles for many years. Food and fruit industry wastes are one of the main sources of colorants which can be employed for textile coloration. Eggplant (Solanum melongena), a member of the family Solanaceae, is used in food recipes....
